Automation & Execution Risk

• Orders may fail, be delayed, partially fill, or execute at unfavorable prices due to volatility, slippage, liquidity, or broker outages.
• Scheduled instructions rely on third-party APIs and network availability; we cannot guarantee uptime or execution timing.
• You are responsible for verifying that automated activity aligns with your intentions and risk tolerance.

No Monitoring or Suitability Review

We do not monitor market conditions, rebalance portfolios, or assess suitability for your objectives. You retain full responsibility for all automated trades.

Credential Security

We encrypt supplied broker credentials. However, any system can be compromised. Use strong broker account security (2FA) and revoke credentials you no longer need.

Regulatory Status

We are not registered with FINRA, the SEC, or any securities regulator. Use of the platform is at your own risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recurvest disclaims liability for lost profits, trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the automation.

User Responsibility

Review broker confirmations and account statements. Immediately pause or delete investments you no longer wish to run.
